The teachers are in the epicentre of the Oxinity growth model

Today I'd like to share what we have been building over the past few years with all of you and became a reality for many teachers.

This morning I had a chat with Jo Krzysztofik, a TEFL trainee that has just finished her training period, and she shared with me her experience over the last few weeks. She started her Oxbridge TEFL in the UK by videoconference and then she flew to Madrid to complete her in-person teaching practice of practical training for the last 2 weeks of the course. It was with great enthusiasm that she explained to me all that this course has meant for her, and above all she stressed all the possibilities that are opening up in her future. She’s been considering the idea of taking Oxinity to Poland, her native country. In order to do that she’s determined to first return to her home in the UK, pack her bags and start a new adventure with us, together with her husband and children, in her country.

Today we have people all over the world who started this same adventure some time ago and I am glad to say that some of them have successfully completed the first stage of the project as planned and their business is today a reality.

We commit to helping teachers in the Oxinity community to build their own business in order to make good living. For this purpose our first objective was to provide them with enough hours so that they could make ends meet and that way help them to get their own students in a gradual way, without the pressure of getting enough students to survive. Over the next few months while expanding with a few hours every month, they have managed to build an extensive schedule with their own students and now they can live comfortably in many cities around the world.

Currently some of these Oxinities have their schedules so busy and are asking us to help them cover some of the classes of their newest students with other teachers from the Oxinity community. The next stage we are proposing to them is that whenever they reach a sufficient number of hours in a full schedule, they can hire another teacher to directly help them and share their growth.

Today we are proud to say that what began as a great challenge is now a reality.

Thank you all very much!
