The Bubonic Plague is Back!

Did you know there has been a man diagnosed recently in America with the Bubonic Plague? A Man lies in CRITICAL condition in a US hospital after being DIAGNOSED from SUFFERING with the Bubonic Plague.
The man became ill a few days ago after separating a mouse and a cat and got BITTEN on the hand.
They do not know yet if it was the cat or the mouse that had bitten him but the cat died soon after and was sent to the Centre for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention for testing.
The plague is an INFECTIOUS disease that affects animals and humans. It is caused by the bacterium Yersinia pestis. This bacterium is found in rodents and their fleas and occurs I many areas of the world, including the United States.
The man showed signs of the plague with SWOLLEN lymph nodes but is now showing signs of septicemic plague, this is when the bacterium multiply in the BLOODSTREAM. He is being treated with antibiotics
Known as THE BLACK DEATH, the plague is estimated to have killed more than a third of Europe’s population during the middle ages.
