A transport STRIKE has complicated the journey to work in Madrid and Barcelona.
UNIONS have made a call to travellers not to pay for their ticket in a protest against what they consider to be abusive minimum services.
In Madrid the Metro and the RENFE Cercanias COMMUTER lines were affected, while in Barcelona the protest was expected to LAST all day. The buses were also affected in Barcelona.
In Barcelona the strike action was from 6,30am to 9.30am and from 4pm to 9pm.
Three PICKETERS were arrested at Atocha station for resistance and disobedience of authority, as union denounced police charges, and there was 120 kms of HOLD-UPS in Madrid Monday morning.
What do you think to these strikes? Do you agree with these actions?
