Developing Technology in Education Collaborative Project

To develop a collaborative project that presents the Oxbridge English Teaching System and how we incorporate technology in it

In the spirit of competition and with the incentive of exposing ourselves as modern vehicles that drive mental growth, we adventure into the idea of winning a prestigious fair that prizes many of our expertise. Knowing that the 18th of September becomes our finish line we began to brainstorm about what are some of the things that in our humble opinion make us the perfect wining candidate for the Technology in Education International Fair in Madrid.

To do this we buzzed and twirled around our strengths,  our skills and our trademarks. What do we offer, what is it that makes us different? How do we innovate not only as teachers but also as  an educational institution of this digital era?

Let's see now how elements combine with each other, what our business lines are and consequently our educational projects and people's involvement

In order to support these business models, we are developing the following educational projects:

2.1.      Oxbridge English Teaching System (our learning system and digital paperless classes) for general English, ESP & intensive courses.

2.1.1.  Teachers’ daily lessons for classes involving real communication, providing all classes with all associated class material

2.1.2.  Videoconference platform incorporating class material and live classes for all levels (beginners to advanced)

2.1.3.  Students’ area with TL & class material

2.1.4.  After-class applications for learners to consolidate concepts based on analysis of students’ individual progress (Smilies)

2.2.      English for Nursery Schools (The Little One by Oxbridge)

2.2.1.  Teachers’ daily lessons with all associated class material

2.2.2.  Students’ class material

2.2.3.  Journal of daily activities and class dynamics for parents

2.3.      OxbridgeTEFL course

2.3.1.  Teachers’ daily lessons for all classes with all associated class material

2.3.2.  Students’ area with units, course material and extra material

2.3.3.  Class material for teaching practice

In order to grow and gain notoriety, we are boosting the

3.1.      Direct involvement of teachers’ community in the OETS through activities and material creation. Our system is entirely created by the teachers.

3.2.      Worldwide Teachers’ community using the OETS (see 2.1.)

3.3.      Collaboration with teachers of other languages and educations of other areas (nursery school educators)

3.4.      Teachers’ assistance and job search support

3.5.      Business opportunities for OxbridgeTEFL graduates
