What would you sell on eBay?

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mLRzN3m97qE

A religious order in the Tuscan countryside has become FRUSTRATED by the lack of interest in their small village TUCKED away in the hills. So they have put the whole thing up for sale on eBay. The village – Pratariccia requires some work but could be yours for €2.5m.

They BOAST it has a “scenic plateau” and based on eight hectares of PASTURE where you cattle can GRAZE along with 25 COTTAGES for new residents of the town.

It’s an IDYLLIC picture but I am sure you could get it up and running with just another million or so?

They have tried to sell the Italian village years ago through an agency but failed. Putting the sale on eBay attracts a wider global market instead of advertising in the trade press.

The local agents think they will be seeing a lot more Italian property for sale on eBay and even maybe CASTLES in the near future.

This is not the first time a town has been put on sale on eBay – in 2006 there was a TINY town in California that went up for sale for a cool million.
