New Year’s Resolutions – Can You Keep Them?

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GVA9IOMKl-A&feature=fvst

“I love a good checklist.

A to-do list starts my day off on the right foot.

So when it comes to creating New Year’s resolutions, I take it pretty seriously. I mean, it’s a year-long to-do list, it better be a good one.”

Resolutions are what you make of them. Without some thoughtfulness about your goals for the New Year, your resolution might not carry much weight, and therefore not stand the test of time

For my New Year’s resolutions, I’m not trying to overhaul my life. I just want to commit to a few positive changes that will ensure a happy new year. I’m wishing you all the same.
New Year is the oldest of all holidays dating back to ancient Babylon about 4,000 years ago.

A New Year's resolution is a commitment that a person makes to one or more personal goals, projects, or the reforming of a habit. A key element to a New Year's Resolution that sets it apart from other resolutions is that it is made in anticipation of the New Year and new beginnings and is hopefully carried throughout the whole of the year.

 DEBATE

  • Do you make New Years Resolutions?

  • Have you always made these - is it a family tradition?

  • Is it superstition to not tell your resolutions

  • Did you keep to last years?
