A Cutting Story for a great Topic

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=28jvlBA0RMk&feature=youtube_gdata_player

Here is something to 'highlight' your day!!!! A documentary movie showcasing one of the best known names in global hairdressing to dateVidal Sassoon.

They say that Vidal Sassoon is more than just a hairdresser - he's a rock star, an artist, a craftsman who "changed the world with a pair of scissors". Sassoon revolutionised the art of hairstyling and left an indelible mark on popular culture - throughout the sixties and beyond.

Mr Sassoon is famous for creating the 'Bob' haircut but is equally famous for marketing his style and brand through products, salons and very successful global advertising.

Now you can watch the movie trailer here but you also can learn about this as an Activity Topic over the next few days in some of your Oxbridge classes.

Please enjoy and get your vocab ready as we will be discussing words like HairdoPerseverance and Indelible. Don't forget we want to hear creative discussion!!!
